Monadelphous is seeking a Subcontract Admin to manage commercial and administrative aspects of subcontractors on a Brisbane-based project, ensuring proper engagement and contractual compliance. The role offers exposure to all project lifecycle stages and collaboration with our contracts team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a similar contract administration role
• Experience in sourcing quotes from subcontractors and establishing agreements
• Experience with subcontractor documentation, claims and invoicing
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organisational skills

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate scope of work documentation for quotations
• Work with contracts team to establish subcontracts
• Administer subcontractor agreements including claims, variations and compliance
• Coordinate subcontract documents: RFIs, TQs, site instructions, POs, correspondence
• Ensure compliance with procedures and legislation
• Support site-based teams interfacing onsite delivery and offsite commercial functions
