Job summary

Lead Group Consultancy in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a major commercial project team. You will manage procurement, subcontract packages and the administration from procurement through to final account.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, oversee variations, claims and cost reporting, and ensure smooth commercial delivery across Brisbane and surrounds. A strong background with Australian commercial builders is essential, with $10m+ project

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with an Australian commercial builder.
• Experience on commercial projects ideally $10m+.
• Strong procurement and subcontract administration experience.
• Comfortable managing packages with limited supervision.
• Good understanding of variations, claims and cost control.
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar qualification preferred.
