You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and promote TMHA's extensive product range. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Retail, the role offers a competitive salary package with vehicle and incentive opportunities, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Sales experience in material handling, capital equipment, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.
• Proficient with common computer software and CRM systems.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor-level qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable growth through sale of new and used equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships in a competitive market.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct customer site visits and equipment demonstrations.
• Promote TMHA's product range and solutions.
• Assist with quotations, tenders and proposals.
• Provide technical and commercial product advice.
• Participate in local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitors.
