TMHA is Australia's leading material handling solutions provider. We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Brisbane Branch and drive growth across the local market.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and promote TMHA's extensive product range. Qualifications

• Sales experience in material handling, capital equipment, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.
• Proficient with common computer software and CRM systems.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor-level qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing desirable.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our Brisbane Branch.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Retail, you will be responsible for maximising sales growth, profitability and market share within your assigned territory. Through building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities, you will play a key role in growing TMHA's presence across the Brisbane market.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable growth through the sale of new and used material handling equipment.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships within a highly competitive market.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct customer site visits and equipment demonstrations.
• Promote TMHA's extensive product range and value-added solutions.
• Assist with the preparation of quotations, tenders and customer proposals.
• Provide customers with technical and commercial advice on product suitability and performance.
• Participate in local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Previous sales experience within the material handling, capital equipment, industrial, manufacturing or related industries.
• A proven ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
• Strong organisation and time management abilities.
• A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales or Marketing (desirable).
