Salexo Consulting in Brisbane is seeking a Brisbane A&D Business Development Manager to grow specification opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers and builders across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

You will engage early in the design process, positioning premium products in high-end projects and converting opportunities through to sales, while managing a territory with a strong pipeline and providing CPD presentations and project proposals.

Competenze

• Proven B2B sales experience within the architectural specification, A&D or project sales environment.
• Established relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and/or builders across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
• Strong understanding of the specification process and how to influence projects from design through to procurement.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities, develop new business and convert specifications into sales.
• Confident presenting products and engaging with architects, designers and other project stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in architecture, interiors and premium design-led products.
• Self-motivated and organised, able to manage a territory and project pipeline independently.
• Experience working with architectural products, with an understanding of project timelines, lead times and delivery requirements.
• Current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and builders across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
• Identify upcoming projects and engage with key decision-makers early in the design process.
• Drive product specification across high-end residential, multi-residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement and specification through to project completion.
• Proactively identify new architectural practices, design firms and project opportunities to grow the territory.
• Deliver product presentations, CPD sessions and demonstrations to architects and interior designers.
• Prepare quotations, pricing submissions and project proposals to support opportunities through to conversion.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of specifications, upcoming projects and active sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers and projects are supported through to delivery.
• Represent the business at industry events, design presentations and relevant project meetings.
