Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in specification sales or A&D business development.
• Open to candidates from different architectural product backgrounds.
• Understanding of the specification process and how to influence design decisions.
• Experience working with architects, interior designers and commercial specifiers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and specifiers.
• Identify upcoming commercial projects and engage early in the design process.
• Drive product specification across commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct product presentations, CPD sessions and lunch-and-learn events.
• Provide product advice and help customers select suitable solutions for projects.
• Build and develop new A&D relationships while growing existing accounts.
• Track opportunities from initial contact through specification and completion.
• Work with internal sales teams to translate specifications into commercial opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share within the A&D community.
