EVT Limited is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support breakfast, lunch and dinner service across our venues. You will lead a breakfast team, drive service standards, and ensure profitable operations while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading breakfast teams in high-volume operations.
• Proven people-focused leadership and guidance to colleagues.
• Strong guest-centric service with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience with compliance, WHS, and liquor licensing.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to drive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day breakfast and service operations.
• Lead and motivate the breakfast team with proactive leadership.
• Own daily breakfast operations to meet QT service standards.
• Monitor service standards and minimize non-service conversations.
• Conduct daily briefings covering occupancy, groups, dietary needs, and menu changes.
• Manage rosters, overtime, leave and cross-venue staffing.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, safety, and incident reporting.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve complaints quickly.
• Drive revenue through up-selling while controlling expenses.
• Maintain reporting, financial controls, and asset care with Finance.
