EVT Limited is seeking a Breakfast F&B Supervisor to lead the daily breakfast operation, ensuring guests receive excellent service while the team runs efficiently and safely. This hands-on role involves supervising shifts, coaching staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in events, hotels, or hospitality, with strong communication skills and a passion for guest satisfaction. Availability for mornings and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities

The Breakfast F&B Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation of the breakfast operation ensuring guests receive consistently excellent service while the team operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. This is a hands-on leadership role: supervising rostered shifts, coaching casual and permanent staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.

• Welcome guests and oversee service standards throughout breakfast, anticipating guest needs and promoting the venue and brand.
• Ensure the buffet area, restaurant and beverage stations are clean, stocked and ready, completing the opening checklist and reporting any maintenance or operational issues.
• Monitor food replenishment and communicate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and special requests with a warm, professional approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards at all times.
• Support team members during busy periods, including supervision, role allocation and on-the-job training as required.
• Build a strong team culture and deliver a great guest experience, drawing on solid food and beverage product knowledge.

You must be available to work in the morning and flexible to work at weekends when required.
