Hill-Smith Family Estates is seeking a marketing leader to manage a portfolio of premium wine brands. You will develop and implement brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans across domestic and international markets, working closely with agencies, distributors and key customers.

You will lead campaigns, analyse shopper insights, and ensure alignment across internal teams to deliver strong brand performance and growth.

Formación

• Proven experience managing multiple brands within a fast-paced portfolio.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Commerce are essential.
• Ability to develop and execute strategy and campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute vision, strategy and tactical plans for each brand.
• Establish clear, differentiated positioning across domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with agencies, distributors and customers to deliver campaigns.
• Measure performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs and objectives.
• Manage brand lifecycle from NPD to shelf and packaging evolution.
• Partner with Production, Winemaking, Finance, Insights and Sales for projects on time and budget.
