Job summary

Silverback Services seeks an energetic Associate to join our Wetherill Park team. This office-based role supervises a Branch Support Admin and Warehouse Staff while providing customer service, administration and branch support.

You will coordinate warehouse and branch activities, assist customers with sales enquiries and orders, manage inventory and stock control, and assist with purchasing and office management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate office/warehouse activities - has previously supervised staff.
• High level internal/external customer service and administration skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Strong SAP Business One skills or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
