Job summary

ARB Corporation Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Retail Sales and Accessory Fitting Team in the Queensland region. You will manage a showroom and workshop, driving safety, service quality and profitability across retail, fleet and dealership customers.

You will steer staff development, oversee inventory and processes, and collaborate with fleet/ dealer partners to build strong relationships. A proven track record in leadership and automotive accessories is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams of ten or more professionals.
• Familiarity with 4x4 accessories and off-road vehicles is highly regarded.
• Ability to drive customer-centric strategies throughout the organisation.
• Passion and commitment to achieving extraordinarily high standards in customer service.
• Knowledge of asset management, pricing structures and P&L statements.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch of sales and fitting staff to enable personal growth and career development.
• Influence commercial decisions and processes to exceed productivity and profitability targets.
• Champion the customer experience with high-quality installations and sales support.
• Oversee inventory management and Just in Time distribution alignment to schedules.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, opportunities, trends and customer insights to Retail Ops Manager.
• Collaborate with local fleet and dealer partners to build value-driven relationships.
