ARB Corporation Ltd, a leading global 4WD accessories company, is seeking a Branch Manager in Geelong to lead a Retail Sales team and Workshop Supervisor. You will drive safety, customer service and profitability, while coaching staff and managing a showroom plus workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams of ten or more professionals.
• Familiarity with 4x4 accessories and off-road vehicles highly regarded.
• Ability to drive customer-centric strategies across the organisation.
• Passion and commitment for achieving extraordinarily high standards in customer service.
• Drive, enthusiasm and pursuit of outstanding results.
• Knowledge of asset management, pricing structures and P&L statements.
• Mechanical aptitude highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading a Branch of sales and fitting staff to achieve personal growth and career development.
• Influence commercial decisions and process disciplines to deliver and exceed productivity and profitability targets.
• Champion the customer experience within the Branch, deliver the highest quality of installations and professional sales support.
• Process adherence leading to accurate Inventory management. Ensure customer orders are supplied in full and on time.
• Provide support and market feedback to Retail Operations Manager regarding competitor activity, new business opportunities, product trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate with local fleet and dealer partners to create value adding relationships.
