Job summary

ARB Corporation Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager for the Geelong area. You will lead the Retail Sales team and Workshop Supervisor across showroom and automotive workshop operations, driving safety, service quality and profitability for ARB’s local customers.

In this role you will guide a team of professionals, manage inventory and customer orders, and partner with fleet and dealer networks to grow the business while upholding ARB’s Drive, Excellence and Passion values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of ten or more professionals.
• Familiarity with 4x4 accessories and off-road vehicles highly regarded.
• Ability to develop customer-centric strategies across the organisation.
• Passion for achieving extraordinarily high standards in customer service.
• Drive and enthusiasm for outstanding results.
• Knowledge of asset management, maintenance, pricing structures and P&L statements.
• Mechanical aptitude desirable.

• Collaborate with local fleet and dealer partners to build value-added relationships.

The Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing, leading, and coaching the Retail Sales team and Workshop Supervisor. Consisting of a showroom and automotive workshop, you will be responsible for servicing ARB's retail, fleet and dealership customers throughout the local area. The Branch Manager is required to achieve, and preferably exceed all safety, customer, team, and commercial targets and is ultimately accountable for the efficient, effective, and profitable operation of the store. A successful Branch Manager exhibits behaviors and demonstrates performance in line with the ARB values of Drive, Excellence and Passion.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a Branch of sales and fitting staff to achieve personal growth and career development.

• Champion the customer experience within the Branch, deliver the highest quality of installations and professional sales support.
• Process adherence leading to accurate Inventory management. Ensure customer orders are supplied in full and on time. Inventory to be managed with a Just in time philosophy aligned to distribution schedules.
• Providing support and market feedback to the Retail Operations Manager regarding competitor activity, new business opportunities, product trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate with local fleet and dealer partners to create value adding relationships.
