Job summary

ARB 4x4 Accessories is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive customer satisfaction and sales in our Rockhampton branch. You’ll convert enquiries into orders, manage bookings and inventory, and deliver exceptional service from booking to completion.

You will engage with automotive dealers and trade clients, support data entry, invoicing, and event presence while growing product knowledge and customer relationships in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with relationship-building and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong automotive knowledge and passion for off-road vehicles.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customers and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Provide admin support including data entry, bookings, and inventory management.
• Handle sales inquiries over the counter, phone, and email from dealers and trade clients.
• Represent the brand at events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days.
