Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience (tourism/travel preferred).
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude is advantageous.
• Strong guest service experience and proven sales results.
• Experience in handling complaints and resolving conflicts.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.
• Valid open driver licence.

• Manage day-to-day rental operations, ensuring vehicles are in top condition.
