Apollo is seeking a customer-focused team member in Melbourne to welcome guests, handle rental contracts, and demonstrate vehicles. You will confidently explain options and extras to enhance each travel experience, with training provided to ensure you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers an active, hands-on workday, with weekends and public holidays required due to a 7-day operation. A friendly, adaptable attitude and strong communication skills will help you excel and grow

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to sell add-ons and travel extras to customers.
• Comfortable using technology and handling rental contracts.

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Process rental contracts and explain terms and options to customers.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features; training is provided.
• Suggest helpful extras to enhance the travel experience.

• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Current open driver's licence
• Enjoy fast-paced, active work
• Friendly, adaptable and customer-focused
• Confident communicator (additional languages are a bonus)
• Comfortable using technology
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
