Job summary

Apollo Motorhome Holidays in Cairns is seeking a hands-on, active customer service professional to join our team. You will welcome guests, complete rental contracts, demonstrate vehicles, and recommend helpful extras to enhance their travel experiences.

No RV or motorhome experience is required as we provide full training. This 7-day operation requires weekend and public holiday availability, with uniform, equipment and onsite parking provided. Career development opportunities are also available.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Enjoy fast-paced, active work.
• Friendly, adaptable and customer-focused.
• Confident communicator (additional languages are a bonus).
• Comfortable using technology.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
