Job summary

Tourism Holdings Pty in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on guest services role within our RV rental operation. You will welcome guests, manage rental contracts, and demonstrate vehicles, with training provided. The role is fast-paced and customer-focused, requiring weekend availability due to a 7-day operation.

No RV experience is required—training is provided, and we offer an hourly rate with uncapped commission, plus benefits such as employee trials and uniform and parking.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or sales background required.
• Current open driver’s license.
• Enjoy fast-paced, active work and fitness for a hands-on role.
• Friendly, adaptable and customer-focused approach.
• Confident communicator; multiple languages a bonus.
• Comfortable using technology and devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with rental contracts.
• Complete rental agreements and process payments.
• Demonstrate vehicles to customers and explain features.
• Recommend helpful extras to enhance the travel experience.
• Provide prompt and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
