Job summary

Apollo in Cairns is seeking a dynamic Branch Leader to oversee daily rental operations, lead our guest service specialists and vehicle maintenance crew, and ensure our motorhomes are in top condition to deliver unforgettable experiences.

You will recruit and train staff, drive KPI performance, implement process improvements, champion workplace health and safety, resolve guest relations issues, and foster a fun, supportive culture with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience (tourism or travel preferred).
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude is a plus.
• Guest service experience and strong sales track record.
• Skilled in complaint handling and conflict resolution.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Sound computer skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Open driver licence.
