Apollo Motorhome Holidays in Cairns is seeking a dynamic and organised leader to manage our Cairns branch. You will lead and develop a team across guest service and vehicle maintenance, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ people management experience in tourism or travel.
• Mechanical knowledge or aptitude.
• Guest service experience and strong sales track record.
• Skilled in complaint handling and conflict resolution.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Sound computer skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Open driver licence.
