Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson in Sydney is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, focusing on service, safety, profitability and team success. You will apply your Lawrence & Hanson experience, product knowledge and customer relationships to grow local opportunities.

You will develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and sustainable growth while managing inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or team in a trade distribution environment.
• Commercially focused with ability to drive sales, margins and growth.
• Strong customer relationship and supplier partner management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and sustainable growth
• Manage branch operations, including inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L accountability
• Grow the customer base through proactive trade sales, account management and excellent counter service
• Lead, coach and motivate branch staff to create a strong, supportive and performance-focused culture
• Partner with suppliers to ensure customers have access to the right products, advice and solutions
