Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson is recruiting an experienced Branch Manager to lead an electrical wholesale branch across Australia. You will drive sales, service excellence and a positive team culture while focusing on profitability and growth.

You should bring hands-on trade sales or wholesale leadership experience, strong customer relationships, and the ability to develop and execute branch plans, manage operations, safety, and P&L, while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale, trade sales, industrial supply or sales management.
• Knowledge of branch operations, inventory, safety and compliance.
• Strong customer-facing sales and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement a branch business plan.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded leader who understands trade customers, branch operations and the importance of building trusted local relationships. As Branch Manager, you will lead the branch to deliver strong sales growth, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

• Lead and manage a busy electrical wholesale branch with a focus on profitability, service and growth
• Use your trade sales, wholesale or branch experience to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors, trades, suppliers and local customers
• Coach and develop a capable branch team to deliver a great customer experience every day

• Electrical product knowledge will be highly regarded, but strong trade sales or wholesale experience is also valued
