Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a friendly, proactive frontline customer service and sales team member at our Australia-wide branches. You’ll be the face at the trade counter, answer calls and emails, and help customers choose the right products with friendly professional service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll build relationships with customers and suppliers, coordinate quotes, and keep the branch tidy and well-stocked while enjoying a supportive, inclusive culture and clear development

Qualifications

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
• Natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Looking for a fast-paced, social role with rewards.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly
