Job summary

Pacific Hoseflex Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager or senior operational leader to take ownership of a key Australian branch. You will drive profitability, strengthen customer relationships, and lead a capable team, balancing hands-on operations with strategic planning.

The role focuses on accountability, continuous improvement, safety and a positive workplace culture, reporting to the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a branch, business unit or manufacturing site.
• Strong commercial and financial capability including budget management and forecasting.
• Ability to coach, develop and hold teams to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Own branch performance across operations, financials, customer service and safety.
• Develop and execute branch business plans to grow revenue and profitability.
• Manage budgets, labour costs and forecasting.
• Lead and develop team members to sustain a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily branch operations including quoting, purchasing and dispatch.
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships to improve service and outcomes.
