Job summary

Rexel Richmond is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy wholesale electrical branch in Victoria. You will balance people leadership, customer service, sales and operational excellence to drive day-to-day success.

You will report to the Regional Manager and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor and in the warehouse, building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers while driving KPI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engaging and capable leader in a busy branch environment.
• Experience in electrical wholesale or similar customer-focused settings.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales drive.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach supporting both customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

• Oversee daily branch operations including inventory and safety.
• Lead by example on the counter, in the warehouse and with customers.
• Cover branch leadership in the Branch Manager’s absence.
