Rexel Geelong, part of Rexel Australia, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the branch team and oversee day-to-day operations. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and maintaining a positive, safe branch environment across the electrical and commercial sectors.

You will develop your team, manage sales, warehouse, inventory and service, and collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to maximise commercial outcomes for Rexel Geelong.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading a team in sales, branch, retail, wholesale, trade or distribution.
• Experienced Branch Manager or senior sales professional with a track record of strong commercial results.
• Able to motivate, coach and develop a team while focusing on sales and customer performance.
