Rexel Caloundra is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service.

You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales performance, ensure a safe, high-performing environment and mentor staff while partnering with Territory Sales Managers to grow Rexel's presence in the Caloundra region.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Branch Manager or senior sales leader.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial focus with track record in sales and profitability.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to manage priorities in a busy branch.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Caloundra branch team.
• Create a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service.
• Drive branch sales, profitability and customer growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team to hit sales targets.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and Rexel network to maximise outcomes.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to meet objectives.
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and timely support.
