Job summary

NAB Grafton Branch is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, providing a seamless banking experience and tailoring solutions to their needs.

You'll help customers with account openings, unsecured lending and everyday transactions, while promoting self-service and digital options to keep banking simple, secure and accessible. This role requires a customer‑centric mindset and attention to detail.

• Support NAB’s Grafton Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
