Bolts and Moore Bayswater is seeking a reliable Branch Assistant to support counter sales, customer service and warehouse duties at our busy Bayswater branch in Melbourne. You will assist customers, process orders, pick and pack, and help keep stock tidy and the overall operation running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, with good communication and a positive attitude, and is happy to learn and work across both the counter and warehouse.

Formación

• Customer service: friendly, confident approach to help customers and colleagues.
• Hands-on attitude: comfortable with physical work, including manual handling and lifting up to 23kg.
• Reliability & teamwork: dependable, flexible team player who contributes wherever needed.
• Industry experience: trade supply, hardware, fasteners, mechanical, building or construction advantageous but not essential.
• Licence requirements: current Australian driver's license essential; forklift license advantageous but not essential.
• Australian working rights: Full Australian working rights; sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers at the counter and assist with phone enquiries.
• Process customer orders and support telephone sales.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and stock handling.
• Support purchasing activities as required.
• Keep the branch and warehouse tidy and organised.
• Assist across general branch operations as needed.
