Job summary

Bared in Melbourne is seeking a reliable Warehouse Stock Assistant to support daily operations, pick and fulfil orders, and ensure stock moves smoothly from shelves to customers. You’ll work on a Monday to Friday roster from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, be detail orientated and safety conscious, and help keep the warehouse running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires clear communication and collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, with training and development

Qualifications

• Experience with picking and packing orders.
• Ability to keep stock organized and accurately put away.
• Attention to inventory discrepancies and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and fulfil sales orders and transfer orders on time.
• Keep pick face stocked and manage overflow locations.
• Unload containers and perform put-away efficiently.
• Flag receiving discrepancies to Warehouse Manager.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager.
• Raise OH&S concerns promptly to keep the team safe.
• Support the team’s safety and well-being.
