Bolts and Moore in Bayswater is seeking a reliable Branch Assistant to join our team. The role blends counter sales, customer service and warehouse support.

You’ll assist customers, process orders, pick and pack, and help keep the branch and warehouse tidy. A current Australian driver’s licence is essential; forklift licence is advantageous but not required. This hands-on role suits someone who stays busy and works well in a team.

Formación

• Customer service skills: friendly and confident approach to help customers and colleagues.
• Hands-on attitude: comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 23kg.
• Reliability and teamwork: dependable, flexible team player who pitches in where needed.
• Industry experience: trade supply, hardware, fasteners, mechanical, building or construction is advantageous.
• Licence requirements: current Australian driver's licence is essential; forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
• Australian working rights: full Australian working rights; sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers at the counter and assist with phone enquiries.
• Process customer orders and support telephone sales.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and stock handling.
• Support purchasing activities as required.
• Keep the branch and warehouse tidy and organised.
• Assist across general branch operations as needed.
