Job summary

The Reef House Adults Retreat in Palm Cove, Queensland is seeking a highly skilled fulltime Housekeeping Supervisor to deliver top-tier cleanliness, guest comfort and organisational standards in our colonial beach house.

Responsibilities include overseeing room and public area cleaning to brand standards, coordinating with Front Desk and Maintenance, preparing weekly rosters, coaching the housekeeping team, and reporting on KPI s. Weekend and shift flexibility required.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.
• Monitor room cleaning productivity and ensure levels are met.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room readiness and VIP rooms.
• Assist in preparing weekly staffing schedules and monitor attendance.
• Coach and nurture the housekeeping team.
• Manage lost property properly.
