Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience.
• At least 6 years in a managerial level within luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all boutique operations and profitability.
• Drive sales, optimise client flow and develop premium client experiences.
• Lead and mentor the boutique team, set targets and provide feedback.
• Manage stock levels and ensure visual merchandising meets Dior standards.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, VM and Client Development for promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
