Job summary

Bondi Junction, NSW-based premium brand seeks a Luxury Retail Manager to own clienteling and client experience. You will nurture relationships, drive repeat business and lead a small team of casuals in a high-touch environment.

The role combines sophisticated service with commercial drive, focusing on long-term client development, CRM-driven outreach and seamless in-store experiences across launches and collections to grow loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in a relationship-driven environment.
Proven ability in clienteling, CRM and proactive client follow-up.
Demonstrates initiative and a genuine talent for turning first-time customers into loyal clients.

Responsibilities

Proactively build, develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients.
Drive clienteling through consistent follow-ups and personalised outreach.
Create a highly personalised client experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
Identify opportunities to re-engage existing clients and develop new relationships.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding new collections and launches.
Contribute to sales growth through client retention and relationship development.
Support day-to-day boutique operations while keeping client experience at the heart.
Effectively lead and manage a team of casuals.
