Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with hotel leadership/management essential.
• Hands-on leadership during peak times.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a service-focused team across day-to-day hotel operations.
• Develop the team with inductions, training, delegation and feedback.
• Communicate standards, policies, rates, packages and hotel information, ensuring consistency.
• Manage cash handling, payments and the PMS reservation system.
• Effectively handle guest feedback and complaints.
• Manage a 7-day operation over 24 hours with varied rosters.
