Job summary

You will implement inductions, ongoing training, and feedback; communicate standards and hotel information; manage cash handling and the PMS system; and respond to guest feedback and complaints.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• AQF Diploma in Hospitality Management or higher is required, with at least 12 months experience and at least 3 years in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a service-focused team, overseeing day-to-day operations to run smoothly.
• Develop the team through inductions, ongoing training, delegation and feedback.
• Communicate standards, policies, procedures, rates and hotel information; ensure consistency across all areas.
