Golf Recruitment Central is seeking a capable Front-of-House and Bar Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Brisbane venue, delivering exceptional hospitality to Members and guests. You will supervise staff, coordinate events, manage stock, and ensure compliance with liquor licensing and health regulations.

Ideal candidates demonstrate service excellence, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to maintain high Member feedback ratings while delivering seamless event experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience leading front-of-house and bar operations.
• Proven ability to deliver high-standard events and service.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing and WHS regulations.
• Strong stock control and roster planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, recruit, onboard and mentor bar and casual floor staff.
• Maintain high service standards and foster a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with the House Manager on staff training and performance.
• Deliver hands-on daily service of food and beverage.
• Oversee opening/closing, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure POS and bar IT systems operate smoothly.
• Coordinate Member functions, golf days and private events.
• Ensure room setups, rostering and inter-departmental communication.
• Build rapport with Members to capture feedback and bookings.
• Order beverages and clubhouse supplies as directed.

About the role

Lead and manage daily front-of-house and bar operations to deliver exceptional hospitality to Members and guests. This role oversees staff supervision, high-standard event delivery, stock management, and compliance with all liquor and health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, recruit, onboard and mentor bar and casual floor staff
• Maintain high service standards and foster a positive high performing team culture
• Collaborate with the House Manager on staff training, development and performance management
• Deliver hands‑on daily service of food and beverage
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Ensure POS and bar IT systems operate smoothly
• Partner with the other bar supervisor to coordinate and execute Member functions, corporate golf days, and private events
• Ensure correct room setups, adequate rostering, and inter‑departmental communication
• Build excellent rapport with Members to capture feedback and encourage event bookings
• Order beverages and Clubhouse supplies as directed

• Ability to develop and maintain a well‑trained, well‑presented team with clear service standards and accountability
• Demonstrated service excellence and ability to maintain consistently high Member feedback ratings

• Capability to conduct precise stocktakes and secure stock storage
• Ability to ensure seamless, fully staffed events delivered on time and presented to Club standards
