Job summary

Queens Beach Hotel in Bowen, QLD is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to drive daily operations, lead a collaborative management team, and elevate guest experiences across bar, bistro and gaming. You will mentor the hospitality crew, coordinate cross‑department activity, and ensure safety and smooth service while staying hands-on with stock, deliveries, and high-energy shifts.
