Job summary

The Good Times Pub Group on Queensland’s Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor with wine knowledge to join our retail stores at the northern end of the Gold Coast. This full-time role requires flexibility across a 7-day roster, with some nights, weekends and public holidays, and two consecutive days off each week.

The role will be mostly autonomous, with occasional teamwork. You’ll manage customer service, stock, invoicing, inventory, and shop presentation on-site.

Qualifications

• A passion for wine and wine knowledge preferable.
• Sales experience is a must.
• Confident in recommending wines.
• Understanding invoicing and inventory tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated personality.
• Must be well presented.
• Own reliable transport and current drivers licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and advice when required.
• Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and stock rotation.
• Receiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventory.
• Performing ID checks, cash handling, stock control and reconciliation.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop.

The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for an experienced Retail Supervisor, with wine knowledge, to work in our retail stores based on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

Thisfull time positionrequires the flexibility to work a range of shifts across a 7-day roster including weekdays, nights, weekends and / or public holidays. You will receive two consecutive days off per week, including some weekends. The role will mostly be autonomously, while other times will work as part of a team.

Retail Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service and advice when required
• Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and stock rotation
• Receiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventory
• Performing ID checks, cash handling, stock control and reconciliation
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop

The Essential Requirements:

• A passion for wine and wine knowledge preferable
