Coastal Babysitters on the Gold Coast is seeking a highly organised Bookings & Client Experience Coordinator to keep our busy bookings operation running smoothly. This full-time role blends bookings, sitter management, customer service and administration to support families and our team of sitters.

You'll manage high volumes of bookings across regions, respond to enquiries, convert leads, and ensure every booking is looked after with proactive problem solving and calm execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookings, administration, customer service or fast-paced service roles is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a customer‑centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of babysitting bookings across multiple regions
• Responding to phone, email and online enquiries
• Converting enquiries into bookings and following up leads
• Coordinating and communicating with babysitters
• Monitoring bookings and addressing changes, cancellations and problems
• Day-to-day administration and data accuracy
