Coastal Babysitters on the Gold Coast is seeking a switched-on Bookings & Client Experience Coordinator to keep our busy bookings operation running smoothly. This fast-paced role blends bookings, sitter management, customer service and administration.

You'll own the full booking journey from first enquiry to coordinating sitters, solving problems and ensuring every booking is looked after. Independent work and decisive action are valued in our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent phone and email communication with families and sitters.
• Ability to own end-to-end booking process and resolve issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of babysitting bookings across regions.
• Respond to phone, email and online enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and follow up opportunities.
• Coordinate and communicate with babysitters.
• Monitor upcoming and unfilled bookings and take action early.
• Handle changes, cancellations and problems calmly.
• Maintain day-to-day administration and keep systems accurate.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Spot problems and implement solutions to avoid missed bookings.
• Contribute to improving experiences for families and sitters.
