Coastal Babysitters on the Gold Coast is seeking a highly organised Bookings & Client Experience Coordinator to keep our busy bookings operation running smoothly. This full-time role blends bookings, sitter management, customer service and administration to support families and our team of sitters.

You'll manage high volumes of bookings across regions, respond to enquiries, convert leads, and ensure every booking is looked after with proactive problem solving and calm execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookings, administration, customer service or fast-paced service roles is beneficial.

Bookings & Client Experience Coordinator

Full-time | Gold Coast

Are you highly organised, confident with people and someone who naturally takes ownership?

Coastal Babysitters is looking for a switched‑on Bookings & Client Experience Coordinator to keep our busy bookings operation running smoothly.

This is a fast‑paced role combining bookings and sitter management, customer service, administration and sales. You'll work across the whole booking journey, from the first family enquiry through to coordinating sitters, solving problems and making sure every booking is looked after.

You'll often be working independently, so we're looking for someone who can think on their feet, make decisions and get things done without needing constant direction.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a high volume of babysitting bookings across multiple regions
• Responding to phone, email and online enquiries
• Speaking confidently with families, understanding what they need and converting enquiries into bookings
• Following up potential bookings so opportunities aren't missed
• Coordinating and communicating with our large team of babysitters
• Monitoring upcoming and unfilled bookings and taking action early
• Handling changes, cancellations and problems calmly and confidently
• Managing day-to-day administration and keeping our systems accurate
• Prioritising competing tasks and making decisions in a fast‑moving environment
• Spotting problems, finding solutions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Helping us continually improve the experience for both families and babysitters

About you

Experience in bookings, administration, customer service, sales, reservations, hospitality, events, recruitment or another fast‑paced service business would be highly regarded.
