Job summary

Alma Clinic Australia on the Gold Coast is hiring for a part-time, phone-based sales and customer service role. You will handle new and existing enquiries, build relationships, and convert opportunities into bookings in a premium aesthetics environment.

The role offers an attractive hourly rate of AUD 40 with weekly and monthly bonuses, a modern office in Southport, and a supportive team. Approx. 24 hours per week, with potential for more hours as needed.

You’ll be responsible for managing new and existing customer enquiries, building relationships and converting opportunities into bookings. This role is within a premium, established business in the aesthetics industry, operating from a beautiful modern location on the Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to new customer enquiries
• Calling and following up prospective customers
• Converting enquiries into consultations and bookings
• Reconnecting with existing and past customers
• Following up customers who have expressed interest but haven't booked
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via messages
• Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up activities
• Working towards achievable sales and booking targets

About you

• Confident, warm and engaging on the phone
• Experienced in phone sales and customer service
• Experienced in a premium customer service environment
• Professional and well presented
• Naturally persuasive without being pushy
• Highly organised and excellent with follow-ups
• Motivated by targets, bonuses and achieving results
• Positive, reliable and proactive
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, medical, hospitality, luxury retail or other premium service industries would be highly regarded
