Job summary

Linkforce is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to bolster its exiting team based from our Perth CBD head office, focusing on sourcing blue-collar personnel for shutdown and project operations, supported by a dedicated onboarding team that manages mobilisation.

This is a pure recruitment role with no mobilisation; you will handle high-volume candidate engagement, review qualifications, tickets and documentation, participate in weekly onboarding sessions, and build strong relationships with hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally within the resources sector, and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Positive, results-driven mindset; take ownership of workload and deliver against tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates, phone screening and lifecycle to completion.
• Review qualifications, tickets and documentation.
• Participate in weekly onboarding sessions.
• Build strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with hiring managers.
