Boomering Inc. is seeking two Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-paced team supporting candidates and vacancies across Australia. The role focuses on recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, and vacancy ownership, handling the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement.

You will source, screen, interview, and mobilise candidates, maintaining Bullhorn records and meeting weekly KPIs in a high-volume environment. WFO setup in Queensland Australia with a competitive salary package.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in high-volume recruitment delivery.
• Strong ability to source, screen and qualify candidates across blue-collar sectors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Source and screen candidates via SEEK, Bullhorn and other channels.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and candidate care.
• Interview, register and qualify candidates against live vacancies.
• Submit qualified candidates and coordinate reference checks.
• Manage vacancies end-to-end from sourcing to placement and mobilisation.
