Job summary
Dentons Australia is seeking an experienced Billing Systems Analyst to support our Banking & Finance practice in Sydney. You will review and improve Elite 3E billing processes, translate business needs into system configurations, and drive accuracy in high-volume mortgage and lending matters.
The role requires advanced Elite 3E experience, strong billing and data modelling skills, and collaboration with partners, Finance, Accounts & IT to enhance revenue management and control.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience using Elite 3E as a Business and Systems Analyst within a legal or professional services environment.
- Specialist knowledge of legal billing systems and high-volume transactional workflows.
- Experience supporting Banking & Finance, mortgage processing, lending or a comparable high-volume practice.
- Strong understanding of legal billing methodologies and revenue management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to process large volumes of bills and manage competing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate Elite 3E billing systems and processes for high-volume matters.
- Analyse processes for preparation, review and finalisation of large invoice volumes.
- Design and modify matter and billing configurations for fixed-fee and volume-driven pricing.
- Develop system specs for proforma generation, invoice workflows and client requirements.
- Investigate complex billing issues with significant transaction volumes.
- Develop and implement functional solutions and process automation.
