  • Set up and maintain client and matter information in e-billing platforms and our time and billing system, including rates, billing codes and e-billing formats
  • Be a go-to person for e-billing questions, providing guidance to lawyers, practice teams and Finance colleagues on client billing requirements
  • Track invoice status and maintain accurate records and reporting on submissions, rejections and turnaround times
  • Identify trends and root causes of invoice rejections, and recommend improvements to processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the broader Finance and Client Billing team on projects, automation and process improvement initiatives
We Welcome Applications From People Who Have
  • Experience in billing, accounts receivable or a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services firm or other complex environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking and reconciling information
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines, particularly around month-end and client billing cycles
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the confidence to follow up with lawyers and clients
  • Comfort working with time and billing systems and third-party platforms, with strong Excel skills
  • A proactive, curious approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Experience with legal e-billing platforms, LEDES or UTBMS formats is highly regarded but not essential
