Job summary

Dentons is seeking an experienced Billing Systems Analyst to support our Banking & Finance practice in Sydney. You will review, configure and improve the Elite 3E billing system to manage high-volume mortgage and lending matters, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

Work closely with partners, lawyers, finance, accounts and IT to translate requirements into practical configurations, specifications and process improvements, enhancing revenue management and financial control.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience using Elite 3E as a Business and Systems Analyst in a legal or professional services environment.
• Specialist knowledge of legal billing systems and high-volume transactional workflows.
• Experience supporting Banking & Finance, mortgage processing, lending or comparable high-volume practice.
• Strong understanding of legal billing methodologies and revenue management processes.

Responsibilities

• Review Elite 3E billing systems and processes used for mortgage, lending and other high-volume matters.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and specifications.
• Develop and implement billing configurations and end-to-end workflows.
• Create user documentation and deliver training on billing processes and system usage.
