You will analyse billing processes, define requirements, and facilitate stakeholder workshops across business and technology teams, with potential client-site attendance.

Experience in the water sector and familiarity with billing platforms like Gentrack, Oracle Utilities, Hansen CIS, Infor or Salesforce will be valuable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on billing transformation or implementation projects.
• Strong current-state and future-state analysis skills.
• A sound understanding of meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience working with billing solutions and CRM platforms.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills.
• Water sector experience, ideally.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current billing processes, systems and pain points
• Define and document future-state processes and requirements
• Support the assessment and implementation of a modern billing solution
• Plan and run workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
• Map the end-to-end meter-to-cash process
• Identify how billing interacts with CRM and related systems
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Document findings, gaps, dependencies and recommendations
• Attend the client site when required
