Greater Western Water is seeking three Billing Analysts on a fixed-term basis in Victoria to stabilise and optimise the Oracle CCS billing platform and related customer data processes. The role offers hybrid work options with a Footscray/Sunbury office and a salary of A$132,767 plus 12% super.

You will lead analyses to fix billing exceptions, support catch-up billing programs, and work with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and billing outcomes for customers.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and delivering customer systems and digital services in billing or customer data domains.
• Strong change-management capabilities and ability to drive user adoption.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement sustainable optimisations.
• Experience improving billing accuracy and data integrity within utility or similar industries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis to resolve billing exceptions, unbilled accounts and data quality issues.
• Support Catch-Up Billing and remediation programs for accurate customer billing.
• Contribute to compliance with industry standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data and Operations to fix root causes of billing issues.
• Provide analytical insight to ensure billing processes and system configurations run effectively.
• Monitor billing performance and escalate issues through governance forums.
